Founder & CEO
With over 20 years of experience in international development and Christian business, Dr. Rugege founded KBN to bridge the gap between faith and commerce. He holds a PhD in Development Economics and is passionate about Kingdom entrepreneurship.
Grace Uwimana
Chief Operating Officer
Grace brings 15 years of operational excellence in microfinance and banking. She oversees all loan operations and ensures that KBN maintains the highest standards of financial integrity and customer service.
Pastor Jean-Claude Niyonsenga
Director of Church Relations
Pastor Jean-Claude has served in ministry for over 25 years and leads our church partnership initiatives. He ensures that our programs align with biblical principles and support local church missions.
